Job Role of Digital Relationship Executive - Digital Relationship executives needs to manage calls from premium account holder customers regarding banking products, customer service problems and generate lead of banking products like personal loan, home loan, general insurance, credit card, auto loan etc.

Responsibilities - 
  • Relationship Management - To develop and strengthen customer relationships through effective relationship management in accordance with the business goals
  • Client Outreach - Manage the portfolio through client outreach and continuous monitoring of client relationship including product, portfolio and banking needs
  • Customer Service and Sales - Up selling, cross-selling, providing regular market information and updates to the customers.
  • Extremely efficient servicing of requests to create a superior customer experience.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customer’s banking requirements.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For digital relationship executive (Work From Home) post, the payable salary will be Rs 18,000 - 30,000 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
