1. Social Customer Care.

Responsibilities
 - 
  • Run the Sprinklr Uber social care platform end to end
  • Inclusive of configuration designs, gap identification, reporting needs, workflow fixes, implementing new features, adjusting rules etc.
  • Lead the relationship with Sprinklr to drive platform efficiencies, break fixes and new features
  • Oversee the work delivered from Uber's internal tools support team, and in partnership with our consultant, up-skill them to take on more responsibilities
  • Work with regional teams to properly address their Sprinklr needs
  • Lead implementation of all new Sprinklr tool updates
  • Work in partnership with global head of sort to use our existing consultant
  • Create best in class trainings/ practices to enhance our internal team capabilities

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For social customer care post, the payable salary will be Rs 33,800 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
