Responsibilities - 

• Provide recruitment support, ensure timely and timeliness
• Support identification of internal talent and development planning
• Facilitate and ensure career and succession planning employee engagement
• Conduct open houses
• Handle employee grievances industrial relation 
• Manage industrial relation with contractual workforce
• Monitoring leave planning, attendance, joining and exit formalities
• Support and ensure completeness of RR forms
• Facilitate and support accurate and qualitative role profiles
• Coordinate and participate in selection process
• Facilitate accurate completion of joining formalities
• Submit accurate and timely resource planner and tracker learning and development
• Ensure completeness, quality and timeliness of IDP's, subsequently training need analysis
• Submit accurate and timely report on overall assessment and target achievement talent.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For HR Executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month approximately.
