Job Location for TCS Recruitment 2024 -

- Provide Level 1 support for all in scope services
- Act as a single point of contact for all user requests and resolve issues on first call or route to the appropriate resolving support group
- Perform active case management and be accountable for end to end delivery of requests
- Develop, establish and maintain call prioritization guidelines and escalation procedures
- Provide a system status recording with status information such as major incidents and estimated recovery time
- Ensure all the specified SLAs are met in accordance with the customer agreement
- Maintain and drive the call quality keeping customer satisfaction as priority
- Escalate customer concerns on timely basis and follow up to closure
- Follow the quality parameters as specified by the quality protocol and process to be followed.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Agent (International Voice and Webchat) -
- Answer incoming calls, respond top email and chats
- Explain company's features, products and services
- Make billing adjustments in accordance with company policies
- Assist customers with service or feature modifications on account.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For service desk analyst/ associate and customer service agent post, the payable salary will be Rs 29,160 - 33,300 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
