Responsibilities for Associate
 - 
  • Research industry and market dynamics
  • Conduct modeling and financial analyses
  • Participate in writing financial reports

Responsibilities for Process Associate - 
  • Communicate with customers via calls. email and chats
  • Provide resolutions to customer queries

  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather, document and analyze business requirements, processes and workflows
  • Translate these requirements into functional specifications for technology teams and work closely with project managers, developers and testers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Responsibilities for Service Desk Analyst - 
  • Respond to queries from all calls, portals, emails, chats from the client
  • Become familiar with each client and their respective applications/ processes
  • Learn fundamental operations of commonly used software , hardware and other equipment
  • Ensure that the scorecard is maintained
  • Manage all queries or escalate if not resolve as per the defined help-desk policies and framework.






Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For associate, process associate posts, the payable salary will be Rs 21,000, for service desk analyst post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,000 and for development specialist post, the payable salary will be Rs 42,100 and for per month approximately.

Age Limit - For Wipro recruitment, candidate age must be at least 18 years. There is no upper age limit mentioned for this recruitment.
