- Organizing client requests via phone and email
- assigning assignments to coworkers
- Setting up tasks for clients
- assessing the seriousness and implications of their problems by speaking with customers
- drafting purchase requests in accordance with TurnPoint's guidelines
- serve as a point of contact for clients and technical staff
- serve as a phone client interface and take tickets, involving:
- Offer assistance from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT, Monday through Friday, and occasionally beyond hours as needed.
- Fulfill technical responsibilities as delegated by tech supervisors or on your own
- Identify, rank, diagnose, troubleshoot, and produce accurate technical work in a proactive manner.
- Take clients through the process of solving problems on their technical level and in simple language.
- Create, assess, and manage your own tasks to support client projects.
- Keep track of ongoing projects and their status, overseeing their completion with success.
Qualifications for Technical Specialist:
- Help identify and rank functional and performance-related concerns, and then work with stakeholders to effectively communicate and collaborate on their resolution.
- Share information with the team and keep up with industry developments and best practices in functional and performance testing, especially as they relate to cloud security apps.
- Acquire the skills necessary to perform penetration tests and vulnerability assessments in order to find potential security holes and vulnerabilities in the application infrastructure.
- It's advantageous to be familiar with any programming languages or automation testing technologies.
- Make sure that all client inquiries are appropriately documented, tracked, and closed using online resources.
- Make efficient use of the following online resources: OneNote, AirTable, Asana, ZenDesk, and other resources as needed
- Every day, check and amend every allocated ticket.

- Fixed-rate home internet with a minimum upload speed of 20 Mbps
- Either an Android device running the most recent version of Android or the older version (currently versions Android 12 and 13) or an iPhone running the most recent version of iOS
