- Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback on tuning and algorithmic changes that affect image quality
- Collect diverse training data and photos for generative artificial intelligence, machine learning models and algorithms
- Evaluate real-time effects to improve features and find bugs to avoid negative brand impact/ reviews
- Identify emerging trends and gaps between casual smartphone and professional photography and help define product opportunities
- Make complex decisions on matters and participate in user experience discussions on new features.
- Manage the new customer portfolio for six months to set them up for long term success with their digital advertising journey
- Deliver against assigned customer goals while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding on-boarding experience
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product and program teams to deliver seamless customer handovers
- Communicate proactively with customers via phone, chat and email
- Provide strategic advice to help our advertisers get best return on their investment by working closely with them in a consultative role.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For photographer and quality expert post, the payable salary will be Rs 33,300 and for customer on-boarding strategist post, the payable salary will be Rs 40,500 approximately.
