- Verifying bills using the Workday ERP system after orders are completed and making necessary credit changes
- coordinating with other departments to offer the proper answer, managing emails and requests from all business divisions, and meeting the SLA on response time.
- proactively controlling one's own task when necessary with minimal direct supervision
- Coordinate with internal sales professionals and clients to address concerns and questions about Salesforce, quoting, and license keys.
- Collaborate across functional lines to pinpoint issues and gaps in the process and support ongoing enhancements.
- For the month, quarter, and year's fiscal ends, you will have to help with the workload in order to boost sales.
