Job Location for TCS Recruitment 2024 -

Responsibilities of Research Intern -
- Define research problems and design solutions for them
- Develop prototype solutions by applying industry-scale data
- Publish research papers in top-tier conference and journals
- Perform literate survey and identify opportunities and challenges
- Execute proofs of concept
- Contribute to development of tools and products
- Learn about emerging trends and technologies in industrial research
- Define the challenges involved in applied research
- Articulate research problems and systematically design solutions.
- Responding to customer requests and contacting customers by email and phone about card and customer account maintenance
- Advising about company campaigns, answering general company and its product related questions, taking complaints and cash claims, issue registration and resolution.
- Performing customer surveys on inbound and outbound calls.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For research intern post, the payable salary will be Rs 21,600, for customer service specialist post, the payable salary will be Rs 27,500 and for thunderhead developer post, the payable salary will be Rs 55,400 per month approximately.
