- Provide recruitment support, ensure timely and timeliness
- Support identification of internal talent and development planning
- Facilitate and ensure career and succession planning employee engagement
- Conduct open houses
- Handle employee grievances industrial relation
- Manage industrial relation with contractual workforce
- Monitoring leave planning, attendance, joining and exit formalities
- Support and ensure completeness of RR forms
- Facilitate and support accurate and qualitative role profiles
- Coordinate and participate in selection process
- Facilitate accurate completion of joining formalities
- Submit accurate and timely resource planner and tracker learning and development
- Ensure completeness, quality and timeliness of IDP's, subsequently training need analysis
- Submit accurate and timely report on overall assessment and target achievement talent.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For HR Executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month approximately.
